1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using the Enzo application or related public product pages where these Terms are linked, including enzonotes.com and waggsai.com (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
Enzo turns audio recordings into transcripts, generates summaries, and organizes notes using AI. Audio is recorded and stored on your device until secure upload. After processing, the audio file is promptly deleted from our servers. If you expressly choose to submit a recording for support inspection, the support copy will not be processed as a note and will be deleted within 14 days. The full transcript is stored with access controls for search and reading by authorized users. Enzo AI lets you connect compatible assistants to search and read transcripts and note corrections, through authentication and consent and subject to current account, team and organization permissions. The connection is read-only; it does not record audio, create or edit notes, delete meetings or send messages. Requested content is sent to the connected assistant and is also subject to that application's conditions. You can revoke the connection at Enzo connections; this stops new requests but does not erase content already received by the assistant. The app offers free and paid plans via in-app purchase with transcription minutes.
3. Registration and Account
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- Do not share your credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Trial
Enzo offers auto-renewable subscriptions billed by Apple (App Store). Pricing and taxes may vary by region and are displayed in the App Store at the time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Free trial: New accounts receive a one-time grant of 3 meeting credits with the same features as paid plans. Each credit covers one recording of up to 90 minutes; longer recordings consume additional credits proportionally. After the free credits are consumed, a plan is required to continue processing meetings.
- Cancellation & management: Billing is handled by Apple. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Enzo cannot cancel on your behalf.
- Restore Purchases: You can restore existing purchases on any supported device from Manage Plan → Restore Purchases once signed in.
- Account-based: Your usage balance and generated notes are tied to your account and sync across your supported devices.
- Refunds: Any refunds are governed by Apple’s policies.
5. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use Enzo in accordance with these Terms. You may not decompile, perform scraping, use the Service to train your own AI, or engage in unlawful activities.
6. Intellectual Property
All software, trademarks, and content of Enzo are owned by Hineh Tecnologia Ltda. (Brazil CNPJ 69.280.849/0001-62), also doing business as “Enzo Notes,” or its licensors. You retain rights in the notes you create.
7. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or absolute accuracy of transcripts.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms by notifying you in the app or via email. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Termination and Account Removal
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You can terminate your account at any time by tapping your email in the main menu footer and selecting My Data > Delete account. Upon request, we will delete your personal data and associated transcripts within up to 15 days, except where retention is required by law.
12. Governing Law and Venue
Unless mandatory consumer protection rules of your place of residence require otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Nothing in this clause limits your rights to bring claims in the courts of your place of residence where such rights cannot be waived by contract.
